So far i have sent 3 angry emails to govia about toll demands that are not mine. These of course drained my account and now there are outstanding amounts on a car that i don’t own. Govia does not respond, is not concerned that they are continuing to charge the wrong person for continued trips, will not allow me to remove the car (sold months ago) from my account and will not allow closure of my account so i have no option but to continue to pay and be penalised for overdue amounts continuing to be put on my account.
This is not a company, this is a mafia style money extraction project. They are not interested in assisting because they are continuing to get paid.
