I am considering moving my family to another state without tolls. This is beyond a joke.
My partner uses the toll roads regularly to get to work and back, we have 2 cars both have an E-tag under the same account. Go Via was charging us to the account and then charging the car registration so doubling up on the one bill.
I have been paying $170.00 to creditors for the one missed toll bill that would have cost $12.00 in total I never received a letter about this but a debt instead now they are doubling up as I have almost finished paying it and have sent me another bill for a missed toll of $170.00 this is an absolute joke! !!
And the worst part is the Logan motorway is the most shocking motorway of all and you are constantly stuck in a traffic jam. Getting to and from work is sending us into poverty.
