WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

All I want to do is view my account balance, and pay my fees as three tolls have lapsed (was not receiving notices) into actual fines which the Brisbane City Council and Queensland Government have now sent to me.....
NO ONE can help me. I get told to 'call back tomorrow after 8am as I can't see your account balance' and 'I can't help you because I can't view your account, you will have to send an email'.
I'm not on hold with another person after calling back for the 5th time for it to actually connect me to a person who is giving me another number to call.....

I JUST WANT TO PAY MY ACCOUNT SO IT DOESNT GET ME MORE FINES!!!!
