I got a notice yesterday I was $2 (!) in the red the other day. I remembered that my credit card had been stolen and had a new one. So I went into the site and changed my details and topped up. Today I get a email telling me that the top up failed. So I go into the site and see that, no, they accepted my top up and had taken 25 out of it. Then I called ... wait, wait, wait ... "Oh no sir, everything is alright, your payment was accepted." So why did you write me saying it wasn't? "Oh, just a technical difficulty". STOP TAKING MY MONEY, MAKING ME JUMP THROUGH YOUR GODDAMNED HOOPS AND WASTING MY FREAKIN' TIME!
