Hi, every time I top up ny account, I notice a video matching fee of several dollars plus. However upon having looked on your govia website a video matching fee is a sum of $0.47 per fee charged. I phoned go via about this fee, and was refunded an amount of money into my go via account and was told that I was being charged the video matching fee as my go via tag was most likely faulty. Go via sent me another tag but I am still having the same problem and am still now being charged a video matching fee in excess of $15.00 which is ridiculous as even if I were to be charged a video matching fee ($0.47) everytime I used a toll point, the amount of $15.00 would take over 31 trips to accumulate the above amount. Which is not correct as I usually only use toll to and from work 5 days a week. Even soo, it's not my problem it is go vias problem and there for I should be refunded the amount of all my video matching fees as it is your faulty products causing the video matching fees.
