letter of dispute for toll invoices,
This toll dispute is presented to your immediate attention in relation to recent I toll invoices that I received for trips made on a several occasions on Logan motorway. I'm an account holder and I always have a tag on the windscreen of my car at all time, and I certainly top-up my toll account on a regular. surprisingly I received this toll invoices, I contacted go-via customer services regard this matter and I was told to write a letter of dispute and there is a likelihood that the tag was not detected during those trips. I fail to understand this as each time I passed the toll machine my tag beeped, so how does such explanation supposed to make any sense to me?? I want to reach the right department so I can have this invoices resolved. thank you
