Scammed again

I have just purchased a new ute for my company (small business) and one of my workers drove it through some tolls before I had the chance to set up the e tag, so in three days he has gone through 15 tolls which is not a problem so I've set up the e tag on the vehicle but I didnt back date it far enough as I was unaware the car had driven through the tolls, now I have 15 demand notice for non payment of toll notifications that all arrived in the one envelope and they all have administration fees of $23.46 on them which adds up to $351.90. So I call them up to see what they can do and they tell me that they can clear 4 admin fees but I have to pay the rest and there is nothing I can do about it.
