I rented a car in November last year. Went througha few tolls with full intention of paying. After returning home, completely forgot until the three days had passed, thought I would wait for the invoice. I received in the mail a final demand, not an invoice. I was told by Go Via that the rental company filled out the stat dec on the demand notice, not the invoice. Now I have all these 'admin' charges I have no intention of paying. It's obviously a profit making exercise. I would be happy to pay the original invoice if they would send it. Makes sense to me.
