Traded my vehicle in at the start of March for a new car. Old car was registered to dealer at that time. I took my chip out of the old car and attached to new car. Haven't been through any tolls, but low and behold Govia debited my account for four top ups of $25 over the last two weeks. Obviously they only do rego checks when it suits them to find someone to charge. How is it legal for them to charge me when I don't own the car anymore? Rang Govia but they have advised I need to chase dealer for refund. Yeah, like that'll be successful!
