charged video matching fees when tag is faulty

I've always been driving thru Logan Motor way for many years and this year I noticed my bills have been charged with video matching fees very often. On Monday 6/11/17 I drove thru 2 Toll Gate at Logan Motor Way again and I noticed the 1st point was at Loganlea Toll Point my tag was beeping and the 2nd toll gate at Heathwood my Tag did not beep. What will be happened in the next few days is that I will charged for 1 more video matching fee. That is exactly what happened to all my bills this year being charged for video matching when their Tag is faulty? They did not care to inform us about the faulty Electronic Tag. They are being arrogant over the phone and would not listen and would not refund all my video matching fees. This is called HiWay Robbery don't you think? I think the government should step in and give these thief a big kick in the butt and a big fines.
