After receiving an infringement notice, I decided to scroll through recent statements and noticed there where tolls I was pretty sure my car hadn't been through. After checking about 4 - 6 months of statements (which i should have been keeping an eye on) I was definite there were tolls I hadn't been through. I sent Go via an email highlighting all the dates and times I had proof of being elsewhere at these times, asking them for help as I thought there was a glitch on their behalf and it was a ridiculous amount. After endless days of trying to talk to someone and being hung up on, in the end, all I got was a reply saying there is nothing wrong although my statements have all of a sudden been correct. Bunch of frigging rip off liars with no help whatsoever.
