So I had my car which was unregistered at the time, picked up by a tow truck to take to the mechanics. I had no control over which route that truck would take, I was not in the vehicle nor was I there when the car was picked up or dropped off. Honestly I didn't think too much of it, until a few weeks or so later I had a demand notice waiting in the mail of about $220 approximately. Strange part was I got the demand notice first and then a few days after that I received the first notice with the picture and sure enough I had been charged for my car being on the back of a tow truck because the driver of the truck went through the toll.
