Please help!

I have been charged a demand notice fee on 22 tolls leaving me with a debt to go via of $750. I have a toll account, I feel a fair and reasonable charge would be 1 demand fee to cover all tolls which are unpaid for the month, not 1 fee for each single toll. I logged into my account 2 weeks ago and it was only $150 owing and I can not understand how it can increase to $750 over this time period. I am a working class citizen and like everyone else I have bills to pay! To pay $750 to go via will put me into serious financial difficulty, and not only that, would be a HUGE waste of valuable money. I would love help from a lawyer or to join a class action as I don't feel that These charges are just. I will be looking into an ombudsmen complaint immediately after this post.
