We cancelled one of our tags to a car we had sold because we accidentally left it in the car, we at the same time ordered a new tag for the new vehicle. Go Via are run out of the Philippines with operators that speak lousy English, so my husband ends up getting charged $140 for tolls because those idiots failed to cancel our old tag, they sent out the new one and we still got charged ? Who is the companies CEO he needs a freaking wake up call, this company are terrible and how do they get away with their continual failures! Shouldn't they be taken to court and tried for theft!
